AccountSync - Charles Schwab
For those of you affected by recent AccountSync issues, we really appreciate your patience as our technical staff continues working to smooth out broker issues after our recent switch to the new ISP.

Here is an update for clubs with Charles Schwab accounts. When Schwab changed their interface last summer, they recommended that we implement Yodlee third-party software as the quickest way of reconnecting Schwab accounts with AccountSync. In the last month Yodlee changed their interface so we adapted the AccountSync setup procedures, but now there are additional problems using Yodlee.

We are working directly with Charles Schwab to provide a fix. It is likely that it will take three weeks to get the solution tested and in production. We know it is frustrating to not have the automated updates to your club's records. If you choose, you can make manual entries for your club's transactions, but note that the entries will be duplicated with the next AccountSync import.
