Schwab AccountSync status
Hi All,

Schwab is a very large company, and Bivio is a very tiny company. We cannot pay them to make our application go faster. (I already asked.)

We have implemented everything on our end. We have filled out various forms they required. We have been approved by them as a vendor.

The last message from the Schwab Developer API team was on July 19:

> now that setup in Ariba is complete, I'll go ahead with next steps.

We do not know what "next steps" are. We email them regularly asking them. Phone calls to them do not get through. Emails are usually replied to.

We are not in a position to convey this information to you personally. The above information is all we have.

It is important to note that you can enter trades manually in Bivio, like you would have to do with our competitor Iclub, since they do not offer Schwab integration. For those of you with a 100+ trades a month, you may want to consider using other services such as Fundcount, which start at $499/month for their "try before you buy" product (whatever that means).

We appreciate your loyalty to Bivio.

Thanks,
Rob

thanks, waiting patiently.

Hope i don't have to enter dividends manually before doing taxes, but we have time.

Thanks for the update. I just finished a webinar about valuing companies. Having a CEO who is honest, passionate, and customer oriented was highly prized. Bivio has value because you all care about us and work to keep our records accurate.
Thanks,
Peg Wentworth
