Account Sync Brought In Erroneous/Duplicate Transactions
Please check your account sync to make sure there aren't any erroneous and/or duplicate transactions.

I received an account sync summary that showed erroneous and duplicate transactions. I deleted from bivio and will keep an eye on my brokerage (Schwab) account but wanted to point it out in case others had the same experience. I know that there have been issues with the Schwab account sync but everything has worked correctly for me this entire year - until now.
Yes same here. Not sure why it came out Sunday morning.

Kimberly was your club part of the group that kept the sync between Schwab / Bivio or just got it back?

Thanks

We just got our Schwab sync back last month and no duplicate transactions today or going back to when the sync stopped in April.

The only time I have gotten duplicates is when I have recorded transactions before the sync then I just delete what I put in.

We were able to keep account sync pretty much throughout the year and recently updated when the final fix came out. I'll continue to keep an eye on things.

I am having much the same problem with Account Sync (with Erroneous/Duplicate tractions) starting on 12/16/2022. All was going well with Account Sync since the recent Production release ... until 12/16. I have a message into Becky and Rob and will hold off on doing any account editing until they investigate. Hi all,
We're investigating the reasons for these 12/16 AccountSync reports showing duplicate transactions for several Schwab clubs. For best response, if you have questions about your club's transactions send messages with details directly to support@bivio.com.
Thanks!

Bivio corrected itself. I just needed to wait one more day.

I just checked our account, 8:17pm and I still have stocks listed that we don't own, I got members listed as active, that left years ago.. I am really getting nervous. We got audits coming up and taxes.

Hi!
The bivio technicians found that the duplicate/strange Charles Schwab transactions that a few of you noticed on December 16 came because of was a temporary data problem on Schwab's side. We've installed a workaround. John, your problem is specific to your club. The technicians saw that your club accidentally deleted a withdrawal entry that transferred those shares to a member some years ago, so now both the member and shares reappeared. We'll help you fix this directly from support@bivio.com.

Hi Becky,
OK, I think we have the membership issue settled, I think. Now, Bivio is listing our club as owning 180 shares of Conoco Philips and 200 shares of TJX Companies. WE DO NOT HAVE THESE IN OUR PORTFOLIO. This needs to be rectified. Saying that, are our balances correct???????? And because of that one of our members resigned the club and her Valuation date was Dec. 15, 2022. I reported her Valuation settlement amount as $11,315.31. That is what the Bivio report stated. I have the printout. Now when I go back and set her Valuation to Dec. 15,2022 I get a settlement amount of $12,687.32. This needs to be corrected. I have not wrote the check yet because I don't want to create more problems than we already have. We need to solve this. I am afraid that when I settle her resignation, which will happen in January, I will create another mess.

Please help,

John Grajczyk

John, can you discuss this with Support, rather than the Club Cafe forum?

Thanks.
