A folder/file for each meeting.
Greetings and Happy New Year !

What method do you use to store meeting information?

I am looking for a method where club members can "Upload" documents (value line reports, SSGs, etc.) prior to the meeting for everyone to review.

Thank you for taking the time to answer.

Our Club uses Google Drive. We don't post any account information, but we do post our minutes, and other reading materials. But having said this, few of us use GDrive to actually read things. We are a small group (12), and meet in person every month, so most of our sharing is old school, or via email.

Since you are already using bivio, investigate the Communications | Files area.  Build subdirectories for education, presentations, minutes and whatever else you need.  All of your partners have access and can upload, download, delete or move whatever is necessary.  Make it someone's job to delete the unneeded after a meeting and establish a uniform format for storing documents i.e.  SSG AAPL 230103 Smith, Minutes 230103 Final, etc.  Hold an education class to train your partners.

Our club set up folders with sub-folders in the communication section that Bivio provides for all our club documents. Not the easiest to use/learn as it's not like File Explorer but it works. Here is a picture with the subfolders shown for the 1st item.

We use the file storage capability that Bivio provides. Many
of our top level folders contain annual subfolders which
then contain monthly sub-subfolders.
Thank you so much. We, too, are a group of 12. Thank you for this information.
