Did I see something on club cafe about how to send out individual member emails with either access to the site or just their K-1. Almost all of my members have not tried to access Bivio.

We have a club of 17, and while all of them are registered on Bivio, not all of them really use Bivio beyond the mail services. Each year (and I just did this earlier today), I do the following to get everyone their information:
Run the taxes, save off the PDF.
Generate their individual K1/K-3 forms. There used to be a link to each member's in the tax section, but I didn't see it this year. So for each, open the federal document , "print
to PDF" and select the correct page range for each member and save that.
To prevent sending personally identifiable information, each of these files is then "zipped" with their SSN as the password. 7-zip is freeware and works well for this.
Group mail to the club that the forms are being sent and that their SSN is the password to open.
Each zipped K1/K-3 form mailed to each member asking them to acknowledge receipt.
Sounds like a lot of work, but took about an hour to do this.

For those Members that can sign on Bivio where would they find their K1's ? Is there a way Administrators can pull up just their K1's just a Member?
