Still waiting for the 1099, I am going out of town for a
week 3/1, how do I file for a tax extension, just in case
they are not done by 3/15?

Same here. Website says all will be done by 2/29. We have an ETF that has both qualified and ordinary dividends that always puts us late. Certain investments causes late statements

Go to the IRS website for forms, request an extension for a 1065, fill it out and mail it. Be sure to do it via certified mail. No need to request a receipt, all you need to do is be able to track it and show that you mailed it.

On 2/1 we received the club's TDA form. On 2/9 I received both my personal and club forms but have not received my personal TDA form yet. I called on Monday and they said to expect it by Friday. Will see.
