New reports with pages of charts.

I print out two reports for meetings Valuation and Status.
It used be two pages
now I am required to include multiple pages of charts which
wastes too much paper.

Please make them separate and opional.

They are optional. Just scroll down to the bottom of a report and uncheck the "show charts" box.
