Documentation for a Withdrawing Member We have a member withdrawing. What documentation do we need for this? We will have it in the meeting minutes but what else does the club of the member need to show that she has officially (legally) left the club and has no fiduciary responsibility? We require the withdrawal request be presented "in writing". An email will suffice; just something we can place in our files. Then we keep a copy of the withdrawal report.
