Thank you !,
For my private business, I got the letter requesting we do
the BOI reporting, I am assuming we would have gotten the
same letter addressed to the club . We never did . In fact
we did not get one for my Business this year

BOI reporting is not an annual exercise. A new report is required whenever the existing information changes. However, a significant 2025 change exempts nearly all domestic entities from filing the report.
