I'm not sure I understand your problem. If you send an email from your regular email address, address it to the member's email address. I'm not aware of any method for sending an email from within bivio that shows the club as the originating email address. If you send the email to [clubID]@bivio.com, it will go to all club members.

thanks, that's what I finally thought. I have a problem with the group email two of our members do not receive them. They checked their email addresses in Bivio and they were correct. One is using aol.com and the other utk.edu. What would cause them not to receive the emails that everyone else in our club receives?

Double check their email addresses in your email to them and have them check their spam folders.

I know you've already contacted Support. Sometimes aol (and other ISPs) block emails from bivio because someone mistakenly reported a message as spam. The Support staff know how to resolve this if the other suggestions haven't worked.

Also, because one of the emails is an .edu, that organization may be considering the Bivio emails as Junk or Spam. Maybe have that person check with his/her employer.
