The bivio 2025 tax program is ready for clubs to prepare and e-file their 2025 IRS tax return. E-filing is quick, easy, secure and already included with your bivio subscription.
NEW - Minnesota is added to the list of included states. This year bivio offers e-filing for 2025 state tax returnsfor all of these included states: CA, CO, MN, NJ, NY and PA with a bivio Preferred or ActivePartnership(TM) subscription.
You can alsoe-file a Federal extension with the IRS in bivio. We recommend filing an extension as a safety net for all clubs, especially those clubs who aren't planning to opt out of CPAR. Filing an extension allows your club time to submit or resubmit your tax return up to September 15, 2026.
Don't forget - your club can e-file a superseding or amended return with the IRS using bivio if your club needs to correct a 2023, 2024 or 2025 return. The return must have originally been e-filed using bivio and your club opted out of CPAR. Contact support@bivio.com with questions, even if your club doesn't qualify.

Question is there away to find out if the members have all signed in to their Bivio accounts and how to help these ROMEO's get back in for their K1's when ready?

Dan,
If the member has a users name in the roster means they signed in at least one.
For those unable to access the forms, I isolate their k1 and email them.
