New Fidelity sync process - out of whack Hello, Is anyone seeing issues with the new Fidelity sync process (in 2026)? I am seeing the following issues and needless to say, very worrisome. 1) The process runs once every two days (seems like) however, it doesn't pull in all the transactions. For example, as of today (2/21/26), I don't see member checks deposited on 2/10 in Bivio. I do see some deposits after 2/10 making me wonder if these earlier transactions will be every pulled or not? 2) Cash balances don't reflect the latest balance in Fidelity as of the date run. The difference is large. Support has informed me that some issues are being ironed out, but wanted to see if other clubs are seeing the same issues? Thank you Hello, I just wanted to clarify a couple of things. AccountSync runs every day for all brokers, including with the new Fidelity data provider. Unfortunately, as is sometimes the case when using a new system with real-world data, there have been a couple of unforeseen issues. Fidelity is not updating customer transaction data until later in the day than with the old system. This makes it so that we are currently getting data on a one-day delay. The new system also works a little bit differently and right now the reported broker balance may not be in sync with bivio's account balance. Some details mean that a bit of work is required, but we will update the Fidelity AccountSync process as soon as possible to address these issues. That said, missing transactions are not expected. We ask that clubs please email us at support@bivio.com if any broker transactions are not imported within two business days. We will investigate and correct any issues. Thanks, Justin bivio Support |
