How to adjust dividend characterization
We've invested our cash in the Schwab Monthly Income Fund (SWLRX). Our 1099 shows different characterizations from Bivio for the divided payments.

How can I simply adjust the dividends? When I attempt to change the bivio entries I can't get the qualified dividend amounts to stay.

Our 1099 shows an amount for Ordinary Divs as "Paid/Adusted in 2026 for 2025" and then a slightly lower debit in the Qualified Divs section. The net reported dividends are different than show in Bivio.

I would prefer to just enter the net Qualified and Ordinary, but bivio seems to insist on accounting for the divs by the synced amounts.
Send your request to Support. The reason bivio wants to recharacterize the individual transactions is that the allocation of each payment to your members changes as their ownership percentage changes.
