Removing Withdrawn Members

Removing Withdrawn Members We have two members who have withdrawn this past year. The payout was completed. I left them on the Roster so they could access their K-1. Now that they have done that, how do I change their member status to Withdrawn? I'm obviously wording my question in Help incorrectly. When you enter a withdrawal, the last question you are asked is whether or not you want to let the withdrawn member continue to have online access to the club account. If you answer yes to this, (perhaps so the withdrawing member can login to get their own tax forms at tax time), the member will not be shown as "Withdrawn" on your club roster. When you are ready to close off this access, do this: 1. Go to Accounting>Members 2. Click on the member's name 3. Click on the Withdrawal icon This will set their status to withdrawn and they will not show on member reports unless you select the "Show Withdrawn Members" box at the bottom of the Accounting>Members page. You should never delete the records for withdrawn members. They are still an important part of your current club accounting. Well that worked, but it wasn't intuitive. I kept trying to use Administration and modify a member. Those instructions should be added to the Help files. But, also clarify that the Withdrawal Icon, is a yellow circle with a Minus sign. Linda On Fri, Feb 27, 2026 at 1:44 PM Rebecca Kruse <kruse@bivio.biz> wrote:
