How can I correct cost basis or a sold stock that is incorrect in Bivio tax return? Reconciling our 1099-B on Bivio I see a number of transactions with incorrect cost basis. There are due to the transfer of stocks from TD Ameritrade to Schwab where cost basis is not recorded and only shows as Journal Transfer of shares. Contact support. I've reached out to support a couple of times with this same issue and have never heard back. Is there a solution? Or do we just need to make adjustments to match the 1099? Really, I wanted Schwab to correct the 1099 as they had a tax free merger showing as two transactions. Support was very helpful getting our account to match Schwab. bob |
