How can I correct cost basis or a sold stock that is incorrect in Bivio tax return?

Reconciling our 1099-B on Bivio I see a number of transactions with incorrect cost basis. There are due to the transfer of stocks from TD Ameritrade to Schwab where cost basis is not recorded and only shows as Journal Transfer of shares.
