Members Missed Dues

Hi,

How do you handle a member who hadn't communicated to the
rest of the members that they couldn't pay their monthly
dues? As a portion of the dues go towards any club expenses.
Any suggestions?

What do your bylaws say to do?

Absent of that, I vote for doing nothing except a partial withdrawal from their account to cover their portion of actual expenses.
