Member details - security Hello All, I see we will have to fill out member details - address and SSN for each member for tax reporting. Any concerns with leaving SSNs on the records? If you follow Bob's suggestion to remove the SSNs after each tax filing and reenter them the following year, realize that the chances for making an error when you re-enter the SSN increase. Entering the wrong name/SSN combination could expose the club to a penalty of $340 for each incorrect K-1.
