Hello, I need assistance adding multiple files in batches to
the Bivio Files folders. Our club was chartered in 1998 and
we started using Bivio for accounting and tax purposes in
2000. Finally, after all these years of individual officers
keeping meeting agendas and minutes on their own personal
computers, we are using the Communications functions and
want to move previous years' minutes into the online Bivio
Files. What is the best way to move the last five years of
meeting minutes into Bivio without having to select each
file individually?! I appreciate any suggestions.

Currently the best way to do this would be to create a zip
archive of all of the files. Upload that to where you want
the files to go in the club files area. Then email
support@bivio.com with your club name and the name of the
file and we'll extract it for you.
