If you have lost your password, you can request a new one by visiting:
Don't forget that passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you type them in accurately. For example, if your password is MYPASSWORD and you type in mypassword, it will not work.
If your problem is that you are seeing "Register" in the upper right corner of your screen where you normally see "Login", your browser cache has been cleared since you last used bivio.
To fix this, go to our homepage by clicking on the bivio logo in the upper left corner of your screen. You'll see a login link in the left hand column that you can use to enter your login information.
