You need to find out what they were and then, if they were dividends, enter them using the "Income" button on the Accounting>Investments page. On that page, you'd pick the account they went into. You should pick Scottrade.
That will increase the Scottrade balance. You'll also have a transfer entry when the cash received was moved to TDAmertirade. That will return the Scottrade balance to 0 in bivio.
From what other clubs have told us, you can login to the TDAmeritrade site and get final Scottrade information to find out what the transactions were.
