Tax K1 has 10 pages for each member!
Giving 300 pages for federal return of which I need 4
copies. With state returns I must print and mail 1450 pages,
re-do my addressed envelopes because not big enough. Seems
unnecessary for $7 of foreign tax credit per member. Never
had more than 1 page K1 before, even with these foreign
stocks. Do something for next year.

There is still a chance the IRS will repeal any requirement for filing these forms for 2021. So you might want to wait until closer to March 15 to print out and file them.

You could even wait longer if you file for an extension before March 15.

But, barring any changes (which may be slim at this point), Bob is right. Maybe everyone needs to send a copy to their congress people, tell them about your group and ask them whether this onerous burden on your club is really what they intended when they created the law.

Tell them that this is not environmentally friendly. That should do the trick.

Where is everyone making copies of this, at a reasonable price. Not doing this at home

I sent an email with my feeling and clubs example of only having 28 in foreign stock dividends to our congress representatives. I included the letter that the US lawyer associations wrote that was shown in several of these BIVIO emails.
In SD we have 3 congressmen. I received 1 reply after a week.

Check your public library. Where I live, I can print 80 pages for free every week. Above that they want a donation.

Tell Congress that a HUMAN has to process ALL  Partnership returns by hand and store them  as well as Environmental waste.  Now we know why IRS requested so many new agents. This will also effect state taxes. In our case for under $1 in foreign dividend.

UPS Store printed 112 pages for $14
We only only print one copy of each to send out. Each member gets their own section of the pdf and we save the entire pdf in multiple locations. I don't have enough file cabinet space to store 30 years of returns.

What do we write. Do you an example letter to send? I think it'sa good idea to write to the representatives. So we're in the same page can someone show an example letter with the correct verbiage?

I'vea question:

Schedule K3 Partner's Share of income, Deductions, Credits, etc. -- International

It is listed that our Partnership has opted out of the centralized partnership audit regime for the 2021 tax year.

What's exactly this means. I'm confused as never before...

You really need to go through our instructions for preparing your tax forms. There are a lot of different things you need to address. Our tax presentation discusses them and gives you answers to questions like this:

I download the forms and email them to local UPS store.
Congress needs to stop defundiing the IRS and give them the
needed resources to audit rich cheaters.
How secure is it to email your members' SSNs to a store? Wouldn't they stay in their inbox for any employee to see?
