Great news, and thanks Justin and team for being diligent on the issue.

Just curious if Schwab had no issues with account sync using existing process? Would any changes to Fidelity’s be applicable to other brokerages as well?

If it's not broken, don't fix it.

Hi Sarah,

Yes, we will let certainly send an update here and to affect clubs directly when the work for Fidelity is complete and we're ready for clubs to link their accounts.

Raj, regarding your questions from last week -- we have a direct connection to Schwab's API, which is separate from how we were getting data from Fidelity. Assuming we are happy with using SnapTrade for Fidelity data, we may decide to add support for other brokers that they support in the future if there is demand from clubs. You can see their current broker list here: https://snaptrade.notion.site/brokerages

Hi all,

Good news, the AccountSync software updates to import Fidelity account data via SnapTrade have been released. Clubs can now complete the process of re-linking their Fidelity accounts to their bivio accounts.

We've contacted some clubs directly and many have successfully connected their accounts. We will contact the rest in the coming days.

For the time being, we are manually inspecting transactions to try to ensure that they are being imported correctly. We will continue to do so for most transactions until we are confident that we've seen what the majority of the transaction data looks like and are handling it correctly. This means that transactions might get imported at odd hours until we allow automatic importation.

We are importing transactions starting from the day after the most recent Fidelity transaction entered in your club's bivio account so that we don't create duplicates of any manually entered transactions. If you need earlier transactions imported, please contact support@bivio.com.

As always, please let us know if any imported transactions are missing or incorrect.

For those clubs that want to connect their Fidelity accounts now, please visit the link below for instructions:

Contact us at support@bivio.com if you have questions or run into any trouble.

Again, I'd like to thank you all for your patience in this process.
