Deleting Transactions

If you make an entry by mistake, it's easy to delete it.

First, find a transaction by opening the appropriate Account, Member or Investment Transactions List and scrolling down. Once you find the incorrect entry, deleting it is a three step process.

  1. Check the delete box to the right of the transaction.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click on the Delete button.

  3. A page will open displaying the details of the selected transaction. Confirm that you'd like to proceed and the transaction will be deleted.

Important Note: All historical transactions must remain in your club records even though you may have closed an account, an investment is no longer owned by the club, or a member has withdrawn from the club. Only delete erroneous transactions.

Deleting a transaction for a prior tax year may mean incorrect taxes have been filed and you may need to file an amended return. If you find a mistake has been made in your historical data and you are not sure of the best way to proceed, email to discuss the issue prior to making the change.
