Now that your new club has been created, you can invite your other club members to access it.
Membership and access to your bivio investment club is by invitation only. The Add members screen should appear automatically after you read in your data or enter your opening balances. You can also access the page to create an invitation at any time by going to Administration>Roster and selecting the "Bring Online" link next to a member's name.
When you fill in members email addresses on this page, and then click OK, you'll send them an email invitation. It will give them an authorization code and a link to the instructions they need to follow to set up their own login credentials to access your club. If you'd like, use the box at the top of the form to enter a personalized message that will also be included in their invitation.
If you're not ready to fill this in yet, leave the email fields blank and click on OK at the bottom of the page. You can always return to it by going to Administration>Roster and selecting the "Bring Online" link next to a members name.
Once your members set up their login credentials, you can begin to use your new bivio account immediately to have discussions and share files. Use your club email address, <yourclubID@bivio.com> to have group discussions, and your
files area to store any documents you'd like to share or keep for your club.
