Here are the steps you should follow to get your club set up in bivio. You don't have to subscribe yet, just register. You have a 3 month free trial to give you time to get started and get comfortable with our services!

  1. First, fill in the registration form. If you have any questions, you can find instructions here.
  2. You will be welcomed as the club Administrator. Click on the Continue Setup button.
  3. Do You Currently Use IClub Central Accounting? TM

    Since you are a new club you will answer NO to this question.
  4. Did your club form prior to <date>?

    Since you are a new club, you will also answer NO to this question.

  5. Add Members

    Now that your new club has been created, it is time to begin adding information about your members. The Add members screen should appear automatically. If you're not ready to fill this in yet, leave the fields blank and click on OK at the bottom of the page. You can always return to it by going to Administration>Roster and selecting the Add Members button.

    Membership and access to your bivio investment club is by invitation only. When you fill in members names and email addresses on this page, they'll receive an email invitation. It will give them the instructions they need to access your club. If you'd like, use the box at the top of the form to enter a personalized message that will also be included in their invitation.

  6. You can begin to use your new bivio account immediately to have discussions and share files you are working on as you take the next steps to get your club organized. Use your club email address, <> to have group discussions, and your files area to store any documents you'd like to share or keep for your club.

    As soon as you take care of a few administrative tasks and are able to open a brokerage account, you'll be ready to start entering your financial information. If you haven't done so yet, take our tour to see how you'll use bivio for your club.
